All advance Rivertrip bookings must be prepaid for. Walberswick Ferry Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any trips due to inclement weather, technical capability or operational reasons. Should your trip unfortunately be cancelled by us we will endeavour to offer an alternative time or a full refund will be given.

If you need to cancel a trip we require 48 hrs notice for a full refund to be given.
